apllication procedure for changing programmes
FROM FACULTY
1) fill up the application form
2} submitted no latter than TWO(2) weeks after examination results
3) must complete one semester
4) result > failure standing (KG)
5) verified by initial faculty and get approval from new faculty
6) accepted or not--->Registration office will release the result
7)NOT ALLOWED to retract the application
8) change program permitted once during period of study
9) i must inform the respective sponsor (JPA in my case)
tot it will be harder, lol
FROM JPA
1)complete the changing procedure in faculty first
2) then after being accepted, i must inform them by a call or e-mail
3) i need to write a letter to the JPA for reason of course changing
4) i need to submit all the result slip form the 1st semester until present semester
and also the letter of course changing by faculty
5) weather I can proceed with the scholarship or not, they will contact me later
now, i need to know what are the procedure to change university
